All pieces from Bottega Noctuae are made-to-order and entirely handcrafted. Each garment is created individually based on your measurements, with great care and attention to detail.
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the custom and made-to-measure nature of each piece, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Please make sure to review all sizing and order information carefully before placing your order.

Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, work on your piece may have already begun, and we won’t be able to refund your order.
Production Time
Each piece is made by hand and takes time. Current production time is [6–10 weeks], not including shipping. You’ll receive an estimate when you place your order.
Shipping
All orders are shipped with tracking. Once the item has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit.
Customs and Import Fees
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply once the package reaches their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost, and we cannot predict or cover them.
